The Pacific Aviation Museum will be holding a Youth Capture the Colorful Cosmos III, Astrophotography Workshop on Oct 13-14, at Pacific Aviation Museum Pearl Harbor, 319 Lexington Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96818. "Students in grades 5-8 are invited to attend a special two-day Astrophotography Workshop that’s part of the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory’s YCCCIII’s program. Students research, explore, and photograph the cosmos using telescopes owned and maintained by the Harvard Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. Students projects will be displayed at the Museum, as well as on the Museum’s website beginning October 17, 2016. Cost: $50 per student, $45 for Museum members.
